Jane Robertson- Founder and Coach
Jane started the Feel Great Revolution to pass on her knowledge acquired through years of training and coaching others.
Health and fitness has always been a big component throughout Jane’s life. Jane was a competitive swimmer and since then has always enjoyed keeping fit, whether it was through indoor netball, dragon boating, running or more recently Crossfit and Olympic Lifting competing at both national and international level.
Jane has seen people struggle with food and the stress that goes with it and wants to help people and show them you don’t have to be on a super restrictive diet to make changes.
Jane has over 10 years experience in the corporate world working with organisations, teams and individuals on how to manage through change. She applies this experience, as well and the tools and techniques she has learned, to each individual she coaches.
Jane enjoys getting to know and understand her clients, then figuring out the right path and solution that works for them as an individual. She loves to share her experiences from coaching and training, with the aim of helping others grow in confidence on what they can achieve and believes nothing is unachievable given the right direction and support.
Katie Robertson- Director and Coach
Katie has been involved with health and fitness most of her life. After competing in swimming at international level during her childhood she went on to study kinesiology and exercise prescription, which led her to a career in the health and fitness industry.
Katie is passionate about helping others feel great in their own skin and guiding them to be a better version of themselves. Competing in multiple sports at both the national and international level, Katie understands first hand the impact nutrition can have on the human body and its performance.
Katie knows the struggles from personal experience in fat loss and not feeling great in your own skin. She hopes that through her own experience she can help her clients feel great in their own skin through knowledge of food and helping to coach them through nutrition.
Katie has has found a real passion for coaching people with nutrition and is excited to share her knowledge with others to help improve their daily lives.
